Are you licensed?
Yes! The owner of Tru is a licensed Principal Broker in the state of Oregon. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We will absolutley take calls "after hours". We ask that you keep "after hours" call to critical needs as we also have families and strive to maintain a work life balance. You can also send a text at any time and that may be quicker and easier for us to respond to. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we do direct deposit to get rents to you as quickly as possible. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We typically sign on the owners behalf but we are happy to send it for your review! -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! The owner of Tru is a principal broker and sells real estate in Oregon. Please let us know if you have any questions about houses you currently own, investment ideas you're kicking around, or potentially you're thinking about buying your first home, we'd love to talk with you! -
How and when do I get my checks?
Funds will be sent via ACH no later than the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, it may be the next business day. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants have access to a online portal 24/7 which is the avenue we recommend for rent collection. They can also mail a check to us if they prefer. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
This varies based on the owners needs, typically 1 year. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types- both long and short term rentals. Single family homes, up to apartment complexes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We will send you a monthly report of the income and expenses associated with your property, as well as important communication regarding maintenance and updates. In addition to us sending you the info monthly, you'll have access to historical information through the owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Tru PMG will hold the tenant security deposits in our client trust account and manage the return of deposits after move out walk through and accounting has been completed.
