Alison was born and raised in Springfield Oregon. She has always had a passion for real estate and a heart for people. She worked in several positions during her 19 years in banking, and has helped many people buy and sell homes the last 7 years as a licensed real estate broker. Alison has maintained an ever increasing focus on real estate personally for about 20 years and is excited to share her passion with you while striving to offering a higher standard of service to both owners and residents!
Lina was born and raised in Oregon. With her experience in the property management industry, she brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to everything she does-from tenant relations and lease coordination to maintenance oversight and owner communication. She has a passion for building strong relationships with both owners and tenants and believes that good communication is the foundation of great property management. She loves to help people, and her goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free as possible. Her background includes working for a nonprofit serving people with disabilities and at an animal shelter. Outside of work, you will find her exploring the PNW with her daughter and their two beloved dogs.
